I plan to apply these by replacing some lectures with real-world scenarios and group activities. I'm excited to see how this improves learning outcomes and student confidence.

Creating objectives will help your class have clarity in the expectations for the course. It is important that they can be measured and assessed in order for your students to know exactly where they stand with the material and where they need to improve.

Staying organized and having a clear plan will help manage all aspects of your classroom. Making sure you have backup plans for lessons, and also keeping an archive for created lessons will help with recurring courses.

As a new instructor, I have been able to observe one of the other instructors and pick her brain. It has been great for me to take notes and allow me to develop my own skills as a new instructor. I have had a lot of great tips from this course and from my colleague on how to stay organize and creating a fun learning environment for the students to get them excited about their future careers.
